Primary School In Lockdown After Threat

A primary school in Melbourne is in lockdown after reports of a threat near school grounds.

Children at St Albans Meadows Primary School have followed lockdown procedures after an incident just after 2pm.

According to news.com.au, Assistant Principal Mary Ross said the school is cooperating with police.

"A child reported seeing something...we are taking precautions," she said.
