Mildura Rural City Council are joining forces with La Trobe University for tonight's Arts of the Underground.
The 18 plus event has been developed to showcase local artists and musicians, providing opportunities for arts and entertainment to thrive.
Officials say the event is growing in popularity among students, young professionals and creative people.
The award winning film La La Land will be shown on the night, as well as a number of performance art pieces by xs Collective and music performances by emerging artist Chloe Niutta.
The night will feature an outdoor cinema, entertainment, food and craft stalls on offer.
Officials hope the event will provide a hub for creativity and for people to collaborate on ideas.
