Charlie Curnow will challenge his one-match ban at the AFL tribunal.
Curnow was charged with striking Gold Coast co-captain Steven May during the Blues' loss to the Suns on Saturday night.
The incident was deemed intentional with low impact to the head, coming to a one-match sanction.
The tribunal will sit on Tuesday evening.
