The AFL has confirmed Jimmy Barnes will headline the 2018 AFL grand final.
Barnesy will perform pre-game and then smash out his hits after the flag has been awarded after the Big Dance!
Also appearing on the day will be the Black Eyed Peas supporting Jimmy in the pre-game show before the first bounce.
Jimmy will perform after the game at the free concert following the grand final from 7 pm, alongside Australian musician Diesel.
"I'm looking forward to singing at one of the world's greatest sporting events," Barnesy said.
"It's going to be a huge day on the ground at the MCG. It doesn't get bigger than this, 100,000 passionate football fans and rock 'n roll will be a great mix."
Barnes' daughter Mahalia will also sing the Australian national anthem before the bounce.
"We are honoured to be heading to Melbourne to perform at the AFL Grand Final day," the Black Eyed Peas said.
"This is the biggest day in Australian sport, so we will be pulling out all the stops for this special performance."
The band, consisting of will.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo, has won six Grammy awards and 50 million albums worldwide.
Fergie left the band last year.
